Marcus Smart was one of the best players in the country last year, was a projected top-four pick for last year’s NBA Draft had he declared and is still probably one of the two best players in the entire nation this season. Yet somehow, because magic I suppose, he has become an under-the-radar player. Think about that for a second. A very, very good player. A player, mind you, who has already had a ton of success at this level, is NOT getting enough attention.

Do us all a favor, please start paying attention. You can start now. Not now, but like right now — or really, tonight. I mean, there is a game in which Smart is going to play. Yeah, that one. The Oklahoma State Cowboys taking on the South Carolina Gamecocks (insert any random Ron Morris jokes in article as you like).

Well yeah. I just told you that people need to pay more attention to Marcus Smart. Do you expect me to tell you all of that and then not recommend watching this game?
