Busting Brackets Podcast 2/23: State of Big Ten, ACC

facebooktwitterreddit

In our third episode of the Busting Brackets podcast, we’re joined by our resident coaching expert, Randy Sherman, stops by to offer his insight. We talk about Chris Jones, who was dismissed from Louisville for unknown reasons and where that leaves Rick Pitino’s crew going forward.

We also look at the state of the Big Ten, which is a conference embroiled in chaos and confusion. We discuss at the ACC, where Virginia and Duke are cruising and appear destined for a #1 seed. The Kentucky Wildcats appeared to put up their best performance of the season against Auburn, throttling the Tigers and doing it in flashy fashion.

We do a fair amount of projecting for the tournament, including looking at just how many Big Ten teams will make the tournament, and looking at why the more the merrier might not be a good thing for them
