Bracketology 2020: Buy or sell ACC Basketball teams on the bubble

The ACC Basketball Conference is on its head once again after another wild weekend. Here’s a look at the latest Bracketology bubble teams and who we are buying and selling for this year’s NCAA Tournament.

The NCAA Tournament is right around the corner which means it’s time to get excited for Selection Sunday. ACC Basketball has had an interesting season in 2019-20 what has seen the North Carolina go from a preseason Top 10 team to last place in the conference standings. With the final slate of games approaching before the Conference Tournament, there are a few teams hovering on the Bracketology Bubble while some are already locks given their status in the ACC.

At the top of the conference, the Louisville Cardinals, Duke Blue Devils and Florida State Seminoles are all safe from the Bubble barring a massive collapse. The Cardinals got back in the win column against Syracuse at home after dropping two-straight on the road to Clemson and Georgia Tech. The Blue Devils dropped their last game to the NC State Wolfpack, but they’re still 12-3 in conference action.

Below them, there are still some teams jockeying for position for a spot in the NCAA Tournament. It will be interesting to see which teams end up on the right side of the Bubble when it’s all said and done. Teams like the Virginia Cavaliers and NC State Wolfpack would be wise to stick to their winning ways or they could hand their fate to the Selection Committee.
