Everybody from casual to avid fans knows at least 25 NCAA Basketball teams that were fun to follow this season. Here you will learn about some teams that you may not know and probably did not follow.

TNCAA Basketball teams can start a season ‘under the radar’ for any reason between not being competitive to not having anybody cover their games aside from the university newspaper. Teams in big cities with a historical pedigree are at times under the radar due to having no expectations or having been written off after a slow start. Whatever the reason is, every year teams go under the radar and are not giving the attention they deserve.

Most of the time teams fall and stay under the radar because of their poor performance on the court, which happens if you just look at the final score. Whereas the final score is the most important, the final score remains elusive until the final buzzer. In the moment, especially in a close game, it is the moment that is all-encompassing. It is the moments all put together that determine if a game was good or not.

These eight seasons are the prime examples of the saying ‘It is the journey and not the destination.’ Each team provided fans with numerous tight games that were all-encompassing at the moment, and in today’s reality being lost in a moment for any amount of time would be a welcomed diversion.

So, whether you are a fan of seventh-place teams in major conferences or fourth-place teams in a mid-major, if you prescribe to the belief that exciting basketball makes a great season, you might have just cause to stream some of these exciting seasons that remained under the radar.
