5. Vance Jackson

Former program: Connecticut Huskies

Eligibility: Available in 2018-2019″

Husky wing Vance Jackson is another guy who has not come off the trail since our first list. The 6’8″, 229-pound wing is a versatile presence that will make a new program very happy. Jackson put up 8.1 points, 3.8 rebounds, and shot 40% from beyond the arc. The sky looks like the limit for the former top 100 player.

The LA native has Baylor and Washington among those in pursuit, but he apparently had a great time at Rutgers — if you can trust what you see on Twitter. San Diego State is also lurking in the wings to give the sophomore a new place to thrive. SDSU might be the most interesting fit. Jackson would be a number one option as the Aztecs continue to transition away from retired coach Steve Fisher.
