ACC Basketball: Top 10 players heading into the 2018 NBA Draft
8. Ky Bowman, Boston College
Boston College Golden Eagles point guard Ky Bowman was half of one of the best backcourts in the ACC in 2017-18. Bowman averaged 17.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 1.5 steals per game in his sophomore season at Boston College. He’s got scoring ability from anywhere on the floor, and it was on full display in his second season.
Bowman shot 36.2 percent from 3-point range in his sophomore campaign. He put up a career-high 30 points on 3-of-9 shooting from behind the arc against the Duke Blue Devils in an 89-84 upset back on Dec. 9. Bowman nearly had a triple-double as he also had 10 rebounds and nine assists as well.
He can fill it up at a fast pace when given the shots but his size makes you wonder if he can score against bigger guards in the NBA. Bowman is currently testing the draft process at this time, as he hasn’t hired an agent so he’s still got the option to return to school.
