3. Get all of the Blue Devils main scorers involved early.

The Blue Devils have multiple different options on the offensive side of the ball when it comes to scoring. Williamson can basically get his shot in the paint at will. He is great and getting into the teeth of the defense and finishing acrobatically in traffic. Williamson is the teams second leading scorer as he is averaging 22.4 points. Williamson is going to get his points and there is virtually nothing the Tar Heels can do about it.

Barrett is the alpha-dog and leading scorer for the Blue Devils. He is currently averaging 22.7 points per game and is coming off a triple-double performance versus North Carolina State. Barrett is a player who is not afraid to hunt his shot. Although Barrett received criticism early in the year for shot selection – he has matured in his shot selection greatly since the end of December. If the Tar Heels can get Barrett frustrated early – it could take him out of rhythm and force him into ill-advised shots.

Reddish has been a pleasant surprise for most Blue Devils fans. He has proven why he was rated so high coming out of college. Reddish has come out of his slump in the month of February. He has already poured in four different fifteen plus scoring games in the month of February. Reddish has also proven he is more than just a three-point shooter, although he is an excellent at it. With Reddish taking his game to the next level – it also takes the Blue Devils to a whole new level that is hard to match or stop.
