12. Missouri Tigers

Missouri has had some of the worst luck in recent memory. They had two stars in Michael and Jontay Porter, and both of them got injured over the past two years. With Porter going into the draft this year, they will have to see what is next for Missouri.

Another loss from this year’s team is Jordan Geist, the senior guard. He was the key to this offense, leading the Tigers in both scoring and assists. I would expect Xavier Pinson to see his minutes increase to help run the offense.

Missouri currently only has two players set to join the team through recruiting, and only one of them is a 4-star. Tray Jackson will hopefully do some of the things that Jontay Porter did while he was healthy.

The good news is that Geist should be the only loss from last year’s regular rotation. It’s a shame that the Tigers couldn’t use Jontay Porter in his second year, but they spent an entire season without him, much like how Vanderbilt did without Darius Garland. They know how to play without him, or at least they should. If they can figure out how to get some valuable minutes from a point guard on the roster, Missouri should be around where they were last year.
