No. 9 – Chris Clemons (Guard, Campbell)

If you think Daum is a prolific scorer, then take a look at the No. 9 player on this list, Campbell guard Chris Clemons. The 5’9 Clemons led the nation in scoring this past season with 30.1 points per game and 993 he scored on the season catapulted to 3rd on the all-time scoring list with 3,225 points, just 24 shy of being the second-best scorer in the sport. Clemons is a volume shooter who hoisted up 679 shots last season with 57% of those shots coming from three-point land. Clemons is a bit of a one-trick pony, it’s a very good trick, but is it enough to land him in the NBA?

We know Clemons can score, but he is a good rebounder for his size, averaging over five per game last season. While he can score, he’s not the most efficient shooter, shooting just 44% from the field and 35% from deep shooting nearly 400 balls from beyond the arc.  He is also a good defender, but his size could be a major issue for him at the next level as he is undersized for both guard position, but a guy that can get buckets always seems to have a spot in the NBA, and Clemons can certainly do that.
