Shooting Guard/Small Forward

Minutes Breakdown: Isaiah Moss (25), Ochai Agbaji (25), Marcus Garrett (20), Cristian Braun (10)

The shooting guard and small forward positions are tough to project for the Jayhawks, as four players fit into the shooting guard slot, but in order to play all four players, the Jayhawks will likely need to play a three-guard set.

No problem for Kansas, as it will give them the opportunity to have their best players on the floor at the best times.

Starting at the two other guard positions will be Isaiah Moss and Ochai Agbaji. Moss, one of the top graduate transfers in the country, will be the biggest addition for the Jayhawks. Moss is one of the top shooters in the country and will fit into a high-leverage spot in the Kansas rotation.

Agbaji had a big season as an unsung hero freshman and will now be a full-time starter for Bill Self. Agbaji might not stuff the stat sheet, but he is a typical Kansas player in the sense that he is a four-year projected starter with little hype out of high school.

Behind those two are a pair of talented players, led by Marcus Garrett. Garrett is one of the senior leaders on the team and will be one of the top defenders in the rotation. Alongside Garrett is Christian Braun, a somewhat-hyped three-star recruit who should see some minutes as a freshman.
