1. Luka Garza (Iowa)

Garza has declared for the NBA Draft, but he did not sign an agent and I think he will return to school. He was a monster this season averaging 23 points, nine rebounds, and one assist while shooting 54% from the field. Garza was an All-American this year, a finalist in the Naismith Award, a finalist in the Wooden Award, first-team All-Big Ten and the Big Ten Player of the Year. He had an outstanding season and what he did to keep Iowa afloat was even more impressive.

Garza single handily kept Hawkeyes alive this year. He had 16 straight games of twenty points or more to end the regular season. His highlight of the season was scoring 44 points and a 12-point loss to Michigan. And what made Garza more effective was his ability to hit behind the arc.

Garza shot 34% from three this year which improved by 5% since his sophomore year. If Garza decides to come back and stay for one more year. It will be the first time a player of his caliber came back to college since Tyler Hansborough in 2008.
