Arkansas Razorbacks

The Razorbacks should be one of the most highly rated programs in college basketball this season, despite losing some key pieces from their 2019 roster. Coach Musselman managed to land a huge class anchored by top guards Moses Moody and KK Robinson. However, the potential departures of both freshmen with current star Desi Sills could leave the Razorbacks in desperate need of more talent.

Don’t’ count Musselman out though, because he’s displayed a stellar track record recruiting talent to the program. Alongside Jacksonville transfer JD Notae and current 2021 commit Chance Moore, Alexander has a very good shot at cracking the starting lineup once he steps foot on campus.

His production from the perimeter will be needed on a team that could be missing a prominent outside attack and the ability to adequately space the floor for its frontcourt options.

The Razorbacks have deployed large rotations of guards under Musselman and greatly increase Alexander’s chance to impact the team in his first year. The floor spacing not only lends itself towards his perimeter prowess, but also presents a prime opportunity for him to showcase his ability to create offense off the dribble.

Alexander’s skill set will allow him to fill whatever voids the Arkansas roster has once games begin, but his added length and on-ball defensive traits will help to maintain the Razorbacks 1st ranked perimeter defense from last season.
