Top-30 NCAA Basketball guard prospect Dylan Andrews has eight options to choose from. Which of them is the best potential fit?

The book has been closed on the 2020 NCAA Basketball recruiting class, while 2021 is in full swing. However, it’s never too early looking at the class ahead, with some players in the 2022 group already making decisions. One of them is Dylan Andrews, a top-tier prospect out of Los Angeles, California.

At 6’4 and over 180 pounds, Andrews in a dynamic playmaker at the point guard position. He has great size, which helps him at both ends of the court. He can shoot, dribble-drive, and pass at a quality level. Currently, he’s ranked in the top-30 overall but actually has a five-star destination, courtesy of 247sports recruiting service.

Born and raised in LA, Andrews plays his high school ball at Windward High School. He’s one of the very best class of 2022 prospects in the state of California and many of the west coast schools have already been heavily involved in his recruitment.

This weekend, Andrews has limited his list of potential options down to eight. There aren’t too many surprises, but for now, the Los Angeles-based school is viewed as the early favorite.

Still, it’s a long time away from any potential decision being made, giving all of the teams involved hope in landing a five-star talent. Here’s a closer look at how Andrews potentially fits with each program. It’ll be hard to look two entire years from now in terms of roster projection but some things, such as program prestige and stability, don’t change.
