10. G Bryce Hamilton – UNLV Rebels

2020-21 stats: 17.9 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 3.0 apg

The 6’4 guard has been All-Mountain West in the past two seasons, leading the Rebels in scoring. Hamilton scored in double figures in all but two games last year, including six games of at least 20 points. The one issue with Hamilton is that he’s not very efficient, needing to take 17 shots to score 18 points.

On the other hand, UNLV’s supporting cast didn’t give Hamilton much room to operate so he had to take a lot of shots. At a new spot with better teammates, the rising senior guard could be an impact transfer at the power conference level.

9. C Liam Robbins – Minnesota Golden Gophers

2020-21 stats: 11.7 ppg, 6.6 rpg, 2.7 bpg

One of the top interior defenders in the transfer portal, Robbins is a 7’0 big man who proved he can play at the power conference level. That included a 27-point and 14-rebound effort against Ohio State. His offense became erratic and inconsistent towards the end but he can elevate defenses and be inserted into any starting lineup.

Robbins likely won’t be going back to the mid-major level and there are plenty of teams that could use a 7’0 shot-blocker. He’s from the Iowa area and they just lost their star center in Luka Garza. We’ve seen Big Ten players transfer within the conference before and this would make plenty of sense.
