10. Tennessee State Tigers

The Ohio Valley Conference team has been doing well in the past few months, including landing three-star prospect Hercy Miller (son of Master P), along with a few interesting transfers. Head coach Brian Collins has been aggressively looking for players interested in playing for the HBCU program.

The issue of course is that this team is coming off a 4-19 record and even with Livingston, the Tigers still wouldn’t be the favorite to win the one-bid OVC. Unless there’s a direct connection like Patrick Baldwin Jr. had with his father at Milwaukee, Tennessee State just isn’t a realistic option,

9. Florida Gators

There was a lot of roster turnover for the Gators this offseason, losing several top players but they didn’t manage to land a number of transfers, including Myreon Jones and CJ Felder. Of course, this won’t impact Livingston when it comes to playing time but it does affect what kind of supporting case he’ll have.

Assuming forward Collin Castleton won’t be around by the time 2022-23 comes around, the five-star forward may be playing for a team not in the top-6 of the SEC standings. And head coach Mike White has been criticized for his offensive systems and not putting his star players in the best position to maximize their talents. Compared to the other options, it’ll be hard to see Florida gaining ground here.
