16. Kyle Allman Jr.

A 6’4 guard originally from Brooklyn, Allman made his way to the west coast, arriving at Cal State Fullerton back in 2015. When he arrived, the Titans had put together a few disappointing seasons in a row, but Allman played a significant role in the program turning things around late in his career.

A bench piece as a freshman in another disappointing year, Allman helped the team engineer a turnaround as a sophomore, leading to a 17-win season. His junior year was far more successful. Not only did he average 19.5 points per game and shoot 43% from outside the arc, but he also helped lead the Titans to the NCAA Tournament, putting up 26 points in the Big West Tournament final before a nice effort in a loss to Purdue. Allman had a great senior season as well, putting up 17.5 points a game.

Allman earned First Team All-Big West honors for those last two seasons and his late-season heroics got him Big West Tournament MVP as well in 2018. That season saw him lead the conference in scoring and field goal percentage. He truly became one of the most impactful guards in the Big West, leading Cal State Fullerton to just their third trip to the Big Dance in program history.
