Selection Sunday 2012 Preview: Mountain West

Selection Sunday is finally here and we are rolling through the conferences to let you know what to expect this evening when the 2012 NCAA tournament bracket is announced.
Let’s take a quick look at what we’ll be seeing from the Mountain West Conference:
IN
New Mexico – The Lobos beat San Diego State in the MWC final yesterday and could certainly make a Sweet 16 run and beyond.
UNLV – Definitely in and are a darkhorse.
San Diego State – Shouldn’t lose too much seeding-wise after the loss to New Mexico.
Colorado State – The Rams are the most under-the-radar team in the conference but could win a game or two.
BUBBLE
No other MWC teams are expected to make it into the field.
