The Kansas Jayhawks might be on a two game losing streak, but those kind of trends don’t really matter that much in December. It’s whether or not they can rattle off a bunch in March that truly counts. The same thing can be applied to the Andrew Wiggins narrative debate. Which, you know, we aren’t really a huge fan of.

Regardless, Kansas has a tough game today against the New Mexico Lobos. Seriously, this isn’t your father’s New Mexico basketball. Well, unless your father is young, was around the last time they were good (last season) or something. Okay, fine. They ARE your father’s Lobos, but that isn’t a bad thing.

Should I Watch

Certainly. Not just for the Kansas Jayhawks, Wiggins or the ever-improving Joel Embiid. New Mexico is a good basketball team. Plus, it feels like a must-win game for Kansas going against the under-the-radar Lobos. This has good game written all over it.
