The Oregon Ducks basketball program might not be as popular as their football counterpart, but that’s not for a lack of trying. Well, you can add some more get-to-it-ness to Oregon’s attempt at becoming national players because they just landed a big time commitment for their 2015 recruiting class in Kendall Small.

Small is a four-star point guard out of Mayfair High in California.

How did Kendall Small make his announcement? Via Twitter, of course.

Outside of the fun that is his Twitter handle (his name is Small, but his handle is Mr. Biggs?! HILARIOUS!), the 6″ guard is ranked as the 69th best prospect in the 2015 recruiting class, that according to Rivals.

The Ducks have one scholarship remaining for the 2015 class. It will be interesting to see how they use it. If they go after a big, another guard, or put that scholarship on the shelf and save it for a rainy day.

And everyone knows, it gets rainy in that part of the nation quite a bit.

Regardless, with a slew of returning points guards with a bunch of eligibility left, Kendall Small is going to have to work hard to earn minutes.
