Recruiting: Gonzaga Lands a Huge Recruit

Gonzaga fans, losing Robert Sacre just got a little bit easier.
Mark Few and company picked up a huge commitment yesterday, and yes, it was literally a huge commitment for the program.
Przemek Karnowski, a 7-footer from Poland, made the announcement through Twitter (which, I mean, who doesn’t do that these days?) that he would be playing for the Bulldogs next season.
Duke and Cal, among others, also seemed to be in the mix for Karnowski.
This obviously boosts an already impressive returning lineup for the Zags. With Elias Harris returning, the Gonzaga frontcourt will be quite dangerous with these two manning the paint.
There is no doubt that most believe that Karnowski will be an effective player right away. ESPN’s Fran Fraschilla even compared the big man to Grizzlies’ center Marc Gasol.
