Maryland Transfer Pe’Shon Howard Cleared To Play This Season At USC

Born-and-raised in California but having studied at the University of Maryland, 6″3 senior guard Pe’Shon Howard has received his waivers by the NCAA to play this year at USC, the school of Howard’s choice to transfer to this upcoming season. Having spent his last three years playing for the Maryland Terrapins as a starting point guard, Howard is expected to be a contender for the starting PG position for the USC Trojans, led by newly head coach Andy Enfield, who is expected to struggle this season with a rebuilding USC roster.
Last season, Pe’Shon Howard averaged 3.3 PPG, 3.6 APG, and 0.7 SPG in 23 minutes per game for the Terrapins.
