5 of College Basketball’s Best Freshmen as Child Stars

Rysheed Jordan is Lindsay Lohan
Are you unaware of who Rysheed Jordan actually is? He is a freshman for the St. John’s Red Storm. Coming into this season, Jordan was a heavily hyped, Philadelphia point guard. Which is like saying he is supposed to be the next big thing as far as point guards go.
Lindsay Lohan — even with all her tomfoolery — was projected to be an all-timer. No, seriously, I mean that. Susan Surandon was even once quoted as saying that Lohan had all the tools to be a great actress. Unfortunately for Lohan’s career, however, her love for extracurricular activities really put a stop on all things Lohan-awesome related.
Jordan has been a massive disappointment for the Johnnies this season. He was suspended for a game (for breaking team rules), gets sporadic time in the lineup and isn’t living up to any form of the hype behind him.
There is good news for the both of these people, though. They are incredibly young, still have talent and there is no reason neither of them shouldn’t end up being all kinds of swell.
I’m not saying Lohan is going to be around when she’s 50, making Oscar-ish quality movies, but she could still salvage her career. I’m also not saying Jordan can become the greatest point guard ever, but the season is still very young and he has plenty of time to turn it around and save his NBA Draft prospects.
