Gregg Marshall is really making the Wichita State Shockers the real deal on a national level. This isn’t an accident either. The program has been pretty successful for some time (even before Marshall) and Marshall is a legitimately good-to-great coach. The long term issues will be if Wichita State can keep his services. The short term, however, are about the Shocker’s chances against the Tennessee Volunteers — and, sadly, it has nothing to do with their incredibly fun, innuendo filled nickname.

Should I Be Watching?
The gig is up. I say yes to everything. Not because I am sponsored by the networks or that I can’t so no to things. I just can’t say no to college basketball. Even with that being said, though, this is a pretty good game. A game that features two good games and one of whom (Tennessee) who is trying to show they are more than just a good team.
So, grab your favorite beverage, kick your better-half out of the house and get ready for some guys running in shorts!
