Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The freshmen in college basketball this season are awesome. You get it. I get it. Coaches across the country get it. What is being highly overlooked, however, is that with the new crop of college basketball freshmen come a new batch of college basketball freshmen groupies.
You might get your kicks and giggles out of watching young kids in short shorts handle a ball for 40 minutes a night, but I prefer a little coed extravaganza. I’m not saying that only women are the great part of the new freshmen regime, although, I would be lying if I didn’t tell you that I spent as much time gazing through the crowd looking for some talent as I do at watching Julius Randle dominate underneath. Underneath the glass you sickos! Get your mind out of the gutter.
That might seem like us leaving out the ladies. Well, have no fear women who love hoops! You get to enjoy watching the games that already feature guys in short shorts.
I mean, whatever floats your boat.
