Flames Licking at Their Heels: What Coaches are on the Dreaded Hot Seat?

As the season thrusts onward and conference play has already begun, the questions have already been raised as to what coaches are on the hot seat and who should truly be worried about their job security.  Many coaches on the list are usual suspects, making appearance after appearance while still keeping their jobs, while some on the lists are fresh faces who have had a bit of time and their job status is starting to come into question.

The following list shows us that no coach is truly safe and that success isn’t static.  Many teams will be looking for a new coach in the offseason and the following five coaches are just a possible taste of what’s to come.  Inclusion on this list doesn’t mean the firing is a done deal, but that it’s certainly a possibility if not now, but in the future.
