In reality, the Bucks are not a franchise that could lure in top-tier free agents, so they need to hit it bit whenever they pick at the top of the draft. While Jabari Parker might be a more polished, NBA ready player, most feel like Andrew Wiggins has the much higher ceiling. While I think that the idea of potential is rather fictional to being with, Milwaukee needs a star, which Wiggins seems to be more than Parker. Like anyone else that does end up with Wiggins, though, it will be a few years until he is anywhere near a finished product. Until then, Milwaukee can at least expect him to play terrific defense and hopefully be the foundation player that they so desperately need. — Joe
