Nick Johnson might be one of the most underrated prospects in this entire draft. Apparently, because the hell if I know, being a really good college player, who can do it all, for a good team means trouble in the NBA or something — likely something, but F-semantics.
Detroit desperately needs a lot of different things. Guys who can shoot, depth, um — good players. Basically, the Pistons need everything but a 7″ stud.
Johnson does everything pretty well and is an underrated shooter. He can also help control the tempo of games and put Andre Drummond in great positions to succeed. The idea that some mocks have Johnson going in the 50’s is insane to me. Then again, these same mocks are likely not as high on Johnson as I am. — Joe
