What are the Top Ten Programs in College Basketball?

Determining who the top programs in college basketball is often the subject of controversy and debate. Ranking these programs is subjected to intense debate, but the debate also circles around which stats matter, and which stats don’t matter.
For me the following ten programs are the seven stats selected are what I believe to be the ten best programs in college basketball. The teams are listed by alphabetical order, not numerical ranking:
