Forgive me for the terrible quality video you’re about to watch, but trust me when I say I looked everywhere for a different version and I don’t think it exists. The important things can be seen and heard, and that’s all that matters.
Back in the heyday of the late 2000s of the Big East, every game featured two ranked opponents slugging it out. In this game, it was just that, with Buzz Williams in his first year at Marquette taking on Georgetown on their home floor.
What we learned in this clip is Johnson isn’t above calling out a coach. I’m not going to pretend I know the situation surrounding this game or this team, but what is evident is that Johnson did not think that Dwight Burke was getting enough playing time.
