Indiana Hoosiers  +3500/350-1 – No we will not be dropping any money on Tom Crean and the Indiana Hoosiers to win the NCAA Championship.

This team might be second round upset fodder for a directional mid-major state university that the Hoosiers simply ran into on the wrong day.

There is too much uncertainty surrounding this program, with Crean seemingly losing control of his squad during this offseason after Indiana had to dismiss forward Emmit Holt from the program for having alcohol and being underage.

Freshman Thomas Bryant, who was also partaking of the distilled spirits, was able to escape the axe and will be dealt with internally by the school.

It does not really even matter that Tom Crean is returning a pretty solid club which brings back leading scorer Yogi Ferrell and second leading scorer James Blackmon Jr.. No one really believes that the Hoosiers are threat for the crown and Crean is on the hot seat because of it.

Michigan Wolverines +3500/350-1 – If you were forced to pick a team that is sitting at 350-1, Michigan would more than likely be the pick because they did not lose anyone from last year’s team, and the only reason why they struggled in 2014-15 is because of injury.

The Wolverines were without leading scorer Caris LeVert who fractured his foot in January which pretty much guaranteed that an already difficult season was going to stay that way.

When that happened, John Beilein had to pretty much lean on his young players to get his team to a .500 record.

With LeVert back to play along with Zac Irvin and Derrick Walton, Michigan should be able to make their way back into the NCAA Tournament field.

In reality this team is in no way a threat to win the NCAA Championship and will probably be out in the second round, but if you were forced to choose between Indiana and Michigan, Michigan would be the better play.
