ACC Basketball:Top Five 2016 NBA Draft Prospects of the ACC

Brandon Ingram/6-foot-9, 196 LBS/Small Forward
The next great player in the lineage of Duke small forwards, Ingram was the No.3 freshman in the country according to 247Sports Composite and should be the “ACC Freshman of the Year” after it is all said and done in the ACC though Chase Jeter and Dwayne Bacon will have something to say about that.
Ingram is a highly confident player that has shown he can be an all-around scorer from the wing.
He can get to the rim, hit from mid-range, knock down the three-point shot, and post up smaller players when the opportunity comes.
He should be an outstanding defender also because of the 7-foot-3 wingspan he brings to the court. He also uses that wingspan to get off shots from odd angles off penetration.
He is not going to be afraid of the big stage at all. Heck, he would not have chosen Duke if he was.
But in the end he has Top Five NBA pick written all over him.

The only knock you can have against him is that he needs to put on another 10 to 15 pounds.
Brandon Ingram is someone that has to be followed all season long. The Duke/Kentucky game on November 17th should be a classic because of all the potential NBA talent that is going to be on the court.
We will see if Ingram stands out that day.
