First lets talk about the Vanderbilt Commodores. This season is pretty important for the Vandy because they are trying to snap a 3-year NCAA Tournament drought.

Last time Kevin Stallings’ bunch was in the tournament was 2012 when they were eliminated in the third round by Wisconsin.
Since then, they have only finished over .500 once and that was last year when they finished 21-14 on the year.
You would think that they are on the path to break through into the tournament this upcoming season.
Proof of that would be handling their business on the road in this two game stretch that they have between February 13 and 18th.
On February 13th, the Vanderbilt Commodores are going to be on the road to take on the Auburn Tigers in a game that can be seen on ESPN2 at 6PM ET.
They will then follow that up with their other road matchup for the week in Starkville when they face the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
Vanderbilt vs Mississippi St. will take place on Tuesday February 16th at 9PM on the SEC Network.

This would be a very nice time for Damian Jones to assert his dominance in the paint and help Vandy come away with two road wins.
The best game of the week is Texas A&M at LSU which will be televised on CBS Saturday at 1pm ET.
This game will put the No.6 recruiting class in the land on the floor against the No.3 recruiting class in the country for the second time in the season.
The Aggies recruiting class has a lot of size when you look at what Bill Kennedy is bringing in this season.
D.J. Hogg is a 6-foot-9, 219 pound, power forward, Tyler Davis is a solid landmass at 6-foot-9 269 pounds, and Elijah Thomas is a solid center as well at 6-foot-9 240 pounds.
That is not even mentioning four-star point guard Admon Gilder who rounds out this No.6 recruiting class.
That is quite the young supporting cast for All-SEC performer Danuel House.
Texas A&M at LSU is the marquee game for this week — must see TV!
