4. Assembly Hall (Bloomington) (Indiana Hoosiers)

Assembly Hall, a 17,472 seat arena on Indiana’s campus, is known as one of the loudest venues in all of college hoops. Between the passionate fans and the design of the building, the Hoosiers home court is nothing that Big Ten opponents want to mess with.

The Hoosiers have built winning streaks as long as 50 and 35 and of course, no one can forget the match-up versus the Kentucky Wildcats.

On December 10, 2011, Christian Watford nailed a three at the buzzer and the Hoosiers went on to beat number one Kentucky in what can be considered one of the greatest moments in Assembly Hall history.

But that’s not all. Indiana has already beaten Creighton, Wisconsin, Iowa and Purdue in their house with a game still to come against sixth ranked Maryland.

Tom Crean’s team is normally not known for their defense (they have had some UGLY performances this season), but when they are at home, they are capable of being competent on that end of the floor. And that’s huge because they have one of the most potent offenses in all of college basketball with Yogi Ferrell, Troy Williams and company.
