7. 2004-05 North Carolina Tar Heels

On paper and when you look at this Carolina roster, they were insanely talented; Raymond Felton, Rashad McCants, Marvin Williams, Sean May and Jawad Williams. They finished the season at 33-4 including 14-2 in the ACC.

Sean May was a bull against other post players at the time. He pushed just about everyone around, going for a double double on the year. They made it all the way to the title game where they defeated Deron Williams and Illinois 75-70.

There was strong outside shooting from Felton and McCants, and the inside play was sensation with May at the helm. Marvin Williams was the slasher of the bunch and a strong defender, which was key to their season. This team will go down as one of the most dominant (not academically of course) ever.
