When: January 7th, February 15th

Prediction: Split series

Why do I have both meetings on here? Because the battle between these two in-state rivals is going to be a war this year.

North Carolina State wants to return to the NCAA Tournament, while North Carolina is looking to reach the Final Four for the second straight season.

Dennis Smith Jr. is on a mission and he will always be must see television in 2016-17. The Tar Heels have owned NC State recently, but that may not be the case this year.
