The Duke Blue Devils are riding a six game win streak that includes victories over Notre Dame, Virginia, and UNC, but they cannot afford to overlook the Wake Forest Demon Deacons on Saturday afternoon.

TV Schedule: Saturday, Feb. 18, 1:00 p.m. ET, ACC Network

Arena: Cameron Indoor Stadium, Durham, NC

There may not be a hotter team in college basketball right now than the Duke Blue Devils.

After a shocking home defeat to the NC State Wolfpack, the Blue Devils have reeled off six straight wins. Making this even more impressive, three of the wins were over ranked ACC opponents and two were on the road. Duke seems to be hitting its stride at the right time and will fully believe that the ACC regular season title is theirs to lose – even one game behind North Carolina in the standings.

The Wake Forest Demon Deacons, on the other hand, have struggled in conference play after a solid start to the season. With a 6-8 ACC record, Wake Forest is currently fighting for ACC tournament seeding in a hopeful attempt to make the NIT. A win over Duke would push that dream an inch closer, but it should be an uphill battle for the struggling Demon Deacons.

At home in Cameron Indoor, don’t expect Duke to lose this game to a team they should have defeated easily the first time. Wake Forest is a solid team that played the Blue Devils well when they were at home, but home advantage should give Duke a clear, massive edge in this one.
