1. Nigel Williams-Goss, Gonzaga

Just as Justin Jackson is the catalyst for UNC, Nigel Williams-Goss is the leader for Gonzaga. Also as in  Jackson’s case, if the Bulldogs are going to breakthrough  Williams-Goss is going to have to have a huge weekend.

Williams-Goss has topped the 20-point plateau in two of the four NCAA Tournament games. However, he was held to 10 and nine points in the other two games. He also has not been very efficient, totaling 62 points on 61 shot attempts — for a measly 1.01 points per shot attempt.

Williams-Goss is coming off his best game of the tournament against Xavier, tallying 23 points while grabbing eight rebounds and doling four assists. He was 7-of-19 from the field and 4-of-7 from beyond the arc against the Musketeers. Williams-Goss is averaging 13.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 3.5 dimes during the tournament.
