Al Freeman

Former Program: Baylor Bears

Eligibility: Immediate for 2017-2018

Former Bear Allerik Freeman is one of the more experienced and well-known names on the trail at this stage. The former top 100 guard will have plenty of suitors for his services next season.

Freeman has a good shooting guard frame at 6’3″, 200. The Charlotte native averaged 9.4 points and 2.4 rebounds for Baylor as the team’s third leading scorer. Freeman also hit the second-most threes for the Bears. He is more of a sniper than a drive-and-kick guy, but plenty of folks could benefit from his offense.

Freeman could probably go anywhere he wanted for his final year, but I would think an ACC program eventually wins his commitment. Being from North Carolina gives him access to many high-level programs if he wants to end his college career close to home.
