Devonte’ Graham – Kansas

Graham’s decision to return might have seemed like a surprise to many, but it was 100% the right decision. Graham should be the go-to guy in 2017-18, and we can expect him to explode offensively. In fact, Graham has the potential to be one of the best players in all of college basketball.
