2017 NBA Draft: 5 best fits for UCLA Bruins’s Lonzo Ball

3. Philadelphia 76ers

This just seems right. The 76ers have had high draft spots for years but seem to have consistently missed out on drafting a point guard.

Lonzo Ball would finally fill that role. Ball impacts the game without scoring and that could happen in big ways with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. The only problem that may occur is Ball’s lack of a great jump shot. This is heightened by the fact that both Embiid and Simmons don’t possess a consistent jumper. Distributing the ball is great but a group of talented guys who can’t shoot the ball may pose problems. Still, should take Ball, the position fits a glaring hole.
