Sacramento Kings

The Kings have a young, talented player at every position except point guard, and Smith could be that player for them.

Rebuilding after the loss of DeMarcus Cousins, Sacramento will most likely be nowhere near contention for a playoff spot, meaning that Smith would get heavy minutes and be able to adjust to the NBA quickly. This team has multiple picks in the draft so you never know what they might do, but this is my most likely destination for Smith at the moment.
