5. Utah Jazz

The Jazz do have power forwards on their roster with Derrick Favors and Trey Lyles. However, Lyles has not developed as quickly as the Jazz have hoped, which opens a hole for Swanigan to come into and fill for a playoff contending team.

He could be a great complimentary player to Favors with his ability to bang down low and step out to connect on threes, which he completed 44.7% of them this past season.
