8. Dejon Jarreau & Brison Gresham

Former program: Massachusetts Minutemen

Eligibility: Available in 2018-2019

Former Minutemen Dejon Jarreau and Brison Gresham make up our second transfer duo of the spring. They will make a new program very happy after sitting out next season.

The 6’5″ Jarreau averaged 9.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 4.5 assists as a freshman. He led UMass in assists, but also committed 3.3 turnovers a night. His 6’9″ teammate Gresham was a far less productive, but still put up 3.3 points, 3.2 boards, and a team-leading 1.0 blocks in just 12 minutes a night. Both have tons of room to grow with experience and a new system.

A good number of programs have inquired about the New Orleans natives including Oklahoma, Tulane, Texas Tech, and Houston. The most fun outcome would be to see if the duo could turn the Green Wave into an American Conference power under former NBA coach Mike Dunleavy.
