4. Cameron Johnson

Former program: Pittsburgh Panthers

Eligibility: Immediate for 2017-2018

Yet another of the holdovers is on the second list of best transfers. Cameron Johnson has had plenty of big names after him as a graduate transfer with two seasons of eligibility left. He averaged 11.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and shot 41% from three-point land. Johnson will make a contender that much more dangerous without a doubt.

Kentucky has been considered the favorite, but the Wildcats have competition from Arizona, UCLA, Oregon, and Ohio State. Consider UK the favorite for now. The only reason he is not higher on this list is because he looks like a do-everything utility guy rather than a number one scoring option.
