Indiana sophomore OG Anunoby recently declared for the NBA Draft and signed with an agent. Here is a look at the best fits to draft the young prospect.

OG Anunoby is a unique talent, yet doesn’t have the most tape and game experience to go off of. Yes, he does have one and half seasons of college tape, but only half of that came while he was receiving substantial minutes or even a starting role.

Las season, he played in 16 games, averaging 11.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.3 blocks.

Anunoby came into this season built up as one of the most exciting players in Indiana’s program in recent memory. The reason for this was a great freshman season that culminated with an outstanding NCAA Tournament run where he shut down Kentucky’s Jamal Murray and looked like the best player on a floor featuring many future pros.

At times this season, Anunoby looked the part of a potential NBA lottery pick, playing his best ball on national stages against Kansas and Josh Jackson, as well as against North Carolina where he looked like the best player on the floor in both games.

Nagging ankle injuries, as well as Indiana’s massive fall from grace, led to a sophomore slump that peaked with a season-ending knee injury suffered against Penn State.

OG Anunoby was a fan favorite. He gave it his all on both ends of the floor and he represented the university well. He will be greatly missed on and off the court.

NBA teams are salivating over a 6-foot-8 player with a massive wingspan and the inherent defensive abilities to match it.

OG Anunoby was a budding star at IU before his career was cut short by a knee injury. Now the sophomore from Missouri is heading to the NBA.

Here is a list of the top five places for him to land.
