1. Miami Heat

The Miami Heat need to draft someone who is proven and can be an impact on their team to help them make a playoff push next season. Jackson is just that. He has proven skills and has shown his ability for a longer period of time than the one-and-dones in this class.

Next: Best available transfers for 2017-18

He would be an asset for when the Heat go to a smaller lineup and his ability to play both ways could make him more valuable to the team. Jackson obviously isn’t a sure thing in the draft, but he has shown improvements that should make teams more confident to pick him over other players.
