Archie Miller, Indiana Hoosiers

Archie Miller gets the top spot as he is young, energetic, and, more importantly, has gotten things done.

Miller became the 29th head coach of the Indiana Hoosiers on March 27. The 38-year old has not had a losing season in any of his six years as a head coach at Dayton. He also produced five 20-win seasons. Overall, Miller was 139-63 with the Flyers.

Dayton captured two A-10 regular season crown, but never won a conference tournament title under Miller. Miller did lead Flyers to the NCAA Tournament four straight seasons, starting in 2013-14. The Flyers, who reached the Elite Eight in 2013-14, posted  a 5-4 record in the NCAA Tournament during those four years.
