Alabama

The Alabama Crimson Tide are a legitimate threat in the SEC next season, and the addition of a player like Robinson could really get the national hype swinging their way – even if he isn’t playing next season.

What Avery Johnson has done to a stagnant Alabama basketball program in just a few years is nothing short of astounding and his reputation as a former NBA coach would be extremely tempting to a player like Robinson who has the expectation of being a star at the next level.

Johnson knows the ins and outs of the NBA, and he knows what it takes to succeed as a professional basketball player. Robinson could come to this team and learn so much, even if he decides not to play in the 2018-19 season and head off to the 2018 NBA Draft.

He has to wait a year before he can go to the NBA no matter what, so why not learn from a former NBA champion and NBA Coach of the Year like Johnson?

Alabama was another one of the favorites to receive a commitment from Robinson before he chose Western Kentucky, so keep an eye on this school as an option for the coveted five-star recruit.
