Kentucky

Coach Calipari is armed with a slew of high profile kids who are only going to play in college for a year. It has become the norm of Cal coached teams that he reloads with top freshmen year after year. This year was no exception. It was hard to pick the potential best player in his recruiting class.

Hamidou Diallo: Diallo should come in and be ready to dominate from day one.  Hamidou has already been enrolled at Kentucky since January but did not play last year. Rather he sat and observed. His stock was so high, that he even declared for the NBA draft without an agent.  Diallo can shoot, he has bounce, and he will dunk the ball, as well as drive to the lane off the bounce. Plus, he can play defense. He is originally from New York, so he has a certain style and swagger about him as he plays. Kentucky fans should really enjoy seeing Diallo carve up defenses.
