2. Duke Blue Devils

Surprise, the Blue Devils are not #1! While Bagley’s commitment closes the gap between the #1 and #2 slots, the Blue Devils fall just short. The main reason is that just four of the seven recruits are consensus five-star recruits. And two of the recruits are three-star recruits. Obviously, these ratings will go out the window once the season actually gets underway, but for now, their ratings are as stated.

6’3″ point guard Trevon Duvall was the top-ranked point guard in the class and will begin the season as the starter. Power forward Wendall Carter and wing Gary Trent Jr. are also top recruits who will have major roles this season.

Four-star prospect Jordan Tucker possesses elite skill, strength, and versatility. 3.5-star 6’6″ wing Alex O’Connell can shoot the basketball extremely well from deep while three-star point guard Jordan Goldwire will be looked to provide depth.
